At Haddad Collection, we take care to ensure your order is processed and delivered as efficiently and thoughtfully as possible. Below you will find details regarding our shipping methods, timelines, and related information.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking information.

Please note that during peak periods, promotions, or pre-order launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Typical delivery times:

  • Canada: 5–7 business days

  • United States: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.

Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using reputable carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, or equivalent courier services, selected based on destination and service availability.

International Shipping

At this time, Haddad Collection ships to Canada and the United States only. We are working toward expanding international shipping in the future.

For U.S. orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Haddad Collection is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an address error, reshipping costs may apply.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order appears delayed or lost, please contact us at fatemeh@haddadcollection.ca with your order number. We will work with the shipping carrier to assist you as best as possible.

Pre-Orders

For pre-order items, shipping timelines will be clearly stated on the product page. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may ship together unless otherwise specified.
